Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a fixed salary for the initial years followed by regular appointment in the designated pay scale upon satisfactory service:
- Fixed Pay: Rs. 26,000/- per month for the first 5 years.
- Regular Pay Scale: Regular appointment in Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900 – 63,200) after 5 years based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification (As of 31/07/2026)
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (CCC certificate or Computer subject in Class 10th/12th or Computer Diploma/Degree). (Note: Candidates without a certificate at the time of application can still apply but must present it prior to appointment).
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi languages.
2. Age Limit (As of 31/07/2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- Unreserved Female Candidates: 5 Years
- Reserved Male Candidates: 5 Years
- Reserved Female Candidates: 10 Years (5 + 5)

Exam Pattern & Selection Process
The competitive exam will be conducted in Two Stages using MCQ (OMR / CBRT pattern):
1. Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (Screening Test)
- Total Marks: 150 | Duration: 120 Minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect or blank answer.
- Note: The prelims exam is for screening only. Candidates equal to 7 times the total vacancies will qualify for the Main Examination based on merit.
