Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package as per banking norms, along with various allowances (DA, HRA, CCA, etc.).

  • Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 36,000/- per month (Approximate gross monthly salary ranges between Rs. 52,000/- to Rs. 57,000/- depending on the city of posting).

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (As of 21/07/2026)

  • Candidates must have a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
  • Candidates must possess a valid mark-sheet/degree certificate indicating graduation status at the time of online registration.

2. Age Limit (As of 01/07/2026)

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 30 Years
  • Note: Candidates must have been born between 02.07.1996 and 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive). Upper age relaxation is applicable as per government rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The selection process consists of a multi-tiered examination pattern involving an online Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and a Interview process.

1. Preliminary Examination (Objective, Duration: 1 Hour)

  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

2. Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive, Duration: 3 Hours 40 Minutes)

  • Objective Test: 155 Questions across Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation for a total of 200 Marks (3 Hours duration).
  • Descriptive Paper: 2 Questions (Letter Writing & Essay) for 25 Marks (30 Minutes duration).

3. Personality Test & Interview

  • A non-qualifying Personality Test is mandatory prior to the interview phase.
  • The final Interview carries 100 marks. The relative weightage ratio of the Main Exam to the Interview will be 80:20.

Document Specification for Upload

  • Photograph: Recent Passport Photo (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm) along with a mandatory live photo capture via webcam/mobile during registration.
