The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar will hold the MCQ-CBRT competitive exam for Occupational Therapist, Class-3 (Advt. No. 438/2026-27) on 30/10/2026, with reporting time 7:30 AM and exam time 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates can download the call letter from 19/10/2026 (5:00 PM) till 30/10/2026 (8:45 AM). How to Download GSSSB Occupational Therapist Call Letter 2026

1. Open the call letter login link: https://cdn3.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/32791/95017/login.html
2. Select the Advertisement No., enter the Confirmation Number, Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY) and the image text (captcha), and click Login. The Personal Details screen will open.
3. Click the Admit Card tab and download the online admit card (call letter).
4. Take a printout of the call letter and carry it to the exam centre on the date and time mentioned on it. Read and follow the instructions given on the call letter.

Important Instructions for the Exam

• Biometric verification of candidates will be done in this exam.
• Candidates must reach the exam centre mentioned on the call letter at the reporting time of 7:30 AM. No candidate will be allowed to enter after the reporting time.
• Each question will have four options. For every wrong answer, 1/4 marks of that question are deducted (negative marking).
• Any tampering with the online call letter will lead to legal action under the Gujarat Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023.
• The details on the call letter and instructions are useful for filling the attendance sheet at the exam, so read them carefully.

GSSSB Scribe (Lahiya) and Compensatory Time Facility

Candidates who applied for this advertisement and have a Benchmark Disability, or a temporary disability due to an accident, and are unable to write or have difficulty in writing, can apply for a scribe (lahiya) or compensatory time.

• Application period: 19/10/2026 to 28/10/2026.
• Fill the prescribed form (scribe form or compensatory time form, attached to the notification) and send it online to so-kh1-gsssb@gujarat.gov.in with the medical certificate of disability and copies of the required certificates of the scribe (age, educational qualification and ID proof).
• Candidates other than those with blindness, disability of both arms or cerebral palsy must also submit the Appendix-I certificate (physical limitation to write / use mouse on the computer) from the Chief Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon / Medical Superintendent of a Government institution.
• The board will approve the application and certify the form. The approved form and copies of the certificates are to be handed over to the exam centre superintendent.
• The scribe must not have studied more than one step below the minimum educational qualification of the post.

Documents Required with the Scribe Form

• Copy of the online application form filled by the candidate
• Photo copy of the candidate’s ID proof
• Disability proof / temporary disability certificate (Appendix-I, issued by the Civil Surgeon)
• ID proof of the scribe
• Educational qualification proof of the scribe (self-attested marksheet copy)
• Age proof of the scribe (Aadhaar card, birth certificate, SSC marksheet, bonafide certificate or school leaving certificate)

Duties of the Scribe

• Sit at a distance so that the candidate cannot be easily touched.
• Read the instructions and questions on the computer carefully to the candidate and mark the answers only as told by the candidate.
• Do not guide the candidate towards any answer or discuss with the invigilator or others in the exam hall.
• If the scribe misbehaves or adopts unfair means, the candidate will be held responsible and the candidature can be cancelled.
