AMC Junior Clerk Waiting List 2026 (AMC જુનિયર ક્લાર્ક પ્રતિક્ષાયાદી નિમણૂક હુકમ): The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has issued an appointment order (G. D. Est. No. I/7601) for 51 candidates from the waiting list of the direct recruitment for Junior Clerk (Class-3), prepared as per the Staff Selection Committee Resolution No. 02 dated 05/05/2025. The candidates are appointed as Assistant Junior Clerk on a trial basis, with a fixed monthly pay of ₹26,000 for the first three years, and then in Pay Level-2 (₹19,900 to ₹63,200) from the fourth year, subject to performance evaluation. The order lists, for each candidate, the waiting list number, application number, name, category, the department/zone of appointment (such as zone-wise Tax, Health, Estate and other departments) and the person in whose place the candidate is appointed.

AMC Junior Clerk Salary and Terms of Appointment

• The candidates are appointed on a trial (ajmayashi) basis as Assistant Junior Clerk, as per the Standing Committee Resolution No. 286 dated 08/06/2017 and Municipal Corporation Resolution No. 313 dated 28/06/2017, with the conditions attached to the order.
• During the first three years, the fixed monthly pay as per the prevailing fixed pay policy is ₹26,000.
• In the fourth year, subject to performance evaluation, the candidate gets the pay and allowances admissible as per the 7th Pay Commission Level-2 pay matrix of ₹19,900 – 63,200, as per rules.
• During the fixed pay period, the candidate does not get the benefits of regular municipal employees and cannot claim them.

AMC Junior Clerk Declaration Form (Fixed Pay Class 3/4)

The last page of the order is a declaration form (પત્રક-2) to be signed by the candidate on a stamp paper of ₹300. Main points of the declaration:

• The candidate accepts the terms of the appointment on fixed pay and will not demand the benefits of permanent municipal employees during the period.
• The appointment can be ended without notice or reason, if the character, residence, previous record or physical fitness verification is found objectionable.
• If the candidate resigns after joining but before the first salary slip, or before the bond, medical fitness and certificate verification are completed, a notice of one month is required, and an amount equal to three months salary is to be paid to the Corporation in place of the bond.
• The declaration is made without any pressure, in full senses, and is signed with witnesses.
