Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed on a fixed-term contract for the first 3 years.
- Fixed Monthly Salary: Rs. 26,000/- per month for the first 3 years.
- Full regular pay scale (Level 4 Pay Matrix: Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/-) plus other admissible allowances will be applicable after successful evaluation of 3 years of service.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% or more marks from a recognized university or institute.
- Candidates must have at least three (3) years of administrative cadre experience in Government, Local Self-Government institutions, Government Undertakings, Boards, Corporations, Municipal Corporations, or registered entities under the Companies Act / Co-operative Society Act.
2. Computer Knowledge (CCC Requirement)
- Basic knowledge of computer operations is required as per government rules (Certificate/Marksheet from a recognized institute or having computer as a subject in Class 10th/12th).
- Note: Candidates not holding the certificate currently can still apply, but they must clear the requisite basic computer knowledge exam (CCC/CCC+) within 1 year of joining.
3. Age Limit (As of 07/07/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 38 Years (Except for existing AMC employees)
- Age Relaxation: Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories up to a maximum age cap of 45 years:
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWS Male candidates of Gujarat origin: 5 Years
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWS Female candidates of Gujarat origin: 10 Years
