Who Can Apply for GSSSB Fee Refund
The fee will be returned to the candidates who were present in the preliminary exam of Advt No. 378/2025-26. The fee is returned into the candidate’s own bank account, so the account must be in the candidate’s own name as in the passbook or chequebook.
How to Fill GSSSB Fee Refund Bank Details Online (Step by Step)
- Open the refund link of the board: https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in/OJAS1/AdditionalApp.aspx?opt=Bvzhv5xz5J/TxuSuPBUqhQ==
- Select the job (Advertisement No. 378/2025-26), then enter your Confirmation Number, Birth Date and the captcha text shown in the image, and click OK.
- Read the instructions on the screen. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number or e-mail.
- Fill in the Exam Roll No, Account Name as per Passbook/Chequebook, Bank Name, Branch Name, IFSC Code (confirm it again) and Account Number (confirm it again).
- Upload a clear soft copy of your passbook or chequebook in JPEG, JPG or PNG format, with size between 50 KB and 1 MB.
- Read the candidate details and the declaration carefully, tick the checkbox and click Submit.
- Save the receipt that is generated after submitting.
Important Instructions
- Fill all the details in English capital letters only.
- Fill the bank account details exactly as shown in your passbook or chequebook (account number, IFSC code and name).
- If the bank details are wrong, the responsibility is of the candidate. If the refund does not reach the candidate because of wrong information, the board will not accept any claim, as per the declaration on the form.
- The Confirmation Number is the 8-digit number of your application (the form has a link to find the number if you do not remember it).
- The board will not extend the last date for filling the bank details.
