Salary / Pay Scale
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is entitled to a structured basic pay scale along with applicable allowances and perquisites.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, with operating and working knowledge in computer systems.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Note: Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen, and other eligible categories as per government guidelines.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The examination will be conducted in two phases: Online Preliminary Examination and Online Main Examination.
1. Preliminary Examination
- Negative Marking: One-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for wrong answers.

- Descriptive Paper: Not applicable for this cadre as per structure.
Application Processing Fee
- Category 1 (SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM): Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST)
- Category 2 (All Others): Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST)
